To improve the industrial technologies of private businesses in developing nations and to promote the dispatch of experts to developing countries with the support of the Ministry of International Trade and Industry(MITI) for the purpose of supporting industrial structure improvement projects being promoted by local government institutions and industrial organizations.
JODC Expert Service Abroad Program
(1) JESA-I: dispatching experts to assist individual private enterprises in a developing countries economy to modernize their business:
